The Medical MMJ Institute (MMJi) study materials are protected by the laws of copyright of the United States and other countries throughout the world. Unauthorized reproduction of these materials, or portions thereof, in any form whatsoever, is strictly prohibited.
Fees and Tuition
PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment is due at the time of registration. You are not officially registered and can’t attend class until payment is received. Payment must include all course costs and fees for the program.  Late payments may be assessed a late fee.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR THIS COURSE ONCE PURCHASED. 
Students may transfer their purchased course to another student within 15 days of course by calling 206-228-5943.  There will be a $40 transfer fee for this change.
Tuition Costs & fees:
20-hour certification $379.00 in-person class
20-hour certification $349.00 online class (currently offline)
10-hour (CE) continuing education renewal bundle $79.00 in-person
10-hour (CE) continuing education renewal bundle $69.00 online
Budtender Certification $59.00 online
Excused absences are allowed at no-cost one (1) time for in-person course.  Any missed days must be made up within 30 days to avoid a rescheduling fee. Online course must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
Optional fees:
Extra copy of certificates are $25.00
Transfer fee to another student $25.00
Online reactivation for expiration or multiple failed attempts $40.00
CANCELLATION POLICY
MMJi reserves the right to cancel programs or classes with low enrollment. Course that are due to an approved qualified reason all fees will be refunded.
WITHDRAWAL FROM PROGRAM
Any students who have partially completed a course will have 30 days to finish the course upon paying the $40 rescheduling fee.  After 45 days students must enroll as a new student and all previous course information will be forfeited.   Partially completed course may not be transferred.
MMJi materials you have purchased are to be used for your own personal use and benefit. Unauthorized commercial resale of MMJi Education materials is prohibited. Please be advised that MMJi personnel regularly monitor various commercial online auction websites in order to prevent the unauthorized sale of MMJi materials. MMJi/NGR Enterprises LLC reserves all its rights in the event of a violation of this policy, which may include discontinuation of the auction itself, suspension of your privileges as a seller, and enforcement of MMJI/NGR Enterprises LLC’s rights under law and equity.

alumni to develop job-search skills and provides resources to help identify potential employment. MMJI does not guarantee job placement for students nor for alumni.
The MMJI serves as a referral source for jobs and other opportunities and generally cannot make specific
recommendations regarding industry employers. MMJI makes no guarantees about the
positions listed.
MMJI is not responsible for safety, wages, working conditions or any other aspects of off-campus/site employment. While we expect employers to adhere to ethical standards, we are not able to research the integrity of each organization or individual that lists a job with us. Students and alumni are urged to ask good questions and use common sense when applying for any job or internships, particularly with respect to employment in a private home or other opportunities not affiliated with an established public or private sector organization. By accessing or using online products or services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use your Online Account.  NGR Enterprises LLC MMJi may modify this Agreement at any time and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Agreement.
